COVID-19 STATEMENT

Press Release 04/15/2020

Tritium’s first priority during this unprecedented global crisis is the health & safety of our employees, our customers and our communities.

We are working in accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of the World Health Organisation and the Governments of the countries we operate in (The Netherlands, Australia, the United States). In each of these countries, Tritium’s operations have been classified as an essential business, permitting our people to continue manufacturing, maintenance and repairs.

We have initiated several measures to keep our employees and our communities safe from COVID-19, while continuing to manufacture, maintain and repair products at our three global sites.

These measures include:

  • Separating shifts into two at the main Australian production facility, with a break in between shifts, allowing time for a cleaning team to disinfect surfaces;
  • All staff who are able to do their jobs from home are required to do so, and we have equipped them with the technology and equipment required to continue their roles;
  • Social distancing rules are in place for all employees working in Tritium facilities; and
  • All business-related international and interstate travel has been put on hold.

With these measures in place, Tritium’s production facilities remain fully operational. As the situation evolves, we will continue to monitor the advice of health organisations and governments across the globe and provide the necessary updates to our staff and customers as they arise.
